How to gain muscle for skinny guys at home

A skinny person or a robost guy (person) may be looking for a way to gain muscle to tone and shape their body, either to burn fat for a fat person, or to add more muscle mass to a very slim and lean person. There are countless of ways one can follow to gain a bounty muscle mass in no time. If you want to add weight, it is better to add muscle mass that will tone and shape your body than adding some unhealthy fats all because you want to look big. If you want to gain some muscle mass you have to quit high fatty and fibre foods, because they can make the process a little bit longer. This article is for you if you want to gain healthy muscle. Case studies

As revies and studies that i personally made concerning how to gain muscle, i saw that when i combined four (4) cool steps together, it gave me a maximum muscle growth. Pertaining to the time i was sick due to malaria and typhoid, i was lean. But to my greatest suprise just after a week of drinking shakes and exercising, i didn't even notice the chaneg. But those people that were saying i was lean, same set of people still say to me that i am getting bigger. (lol). In my studies, combining healthy meals, health shakes, full body and compound exercise, and a great sleep of eight (8) to nine (9) hours to tone the body mass, a great result will be seen.

Best practice and what to do

There are lots of things to do, but here comes the most important parts of them all. If you do this correctly, rightful, consistency and mind to achieve, you will achieve a great result.

1. Eat more

It is very crucial and important that the body gets more nutrient, to achieve more nutrient, you need to take in more foods to fuel you muscle. If you really want to grow and tone your body mass, you need to eat at least three (3) times of healthy meal. But properly, you need to eat at least every three (3) hours to achieve maximum muscle mass gain.

If you are a beginner, you will be a total stranger to it (eating every three (3) hours), but you can do this to hwelp your self. Eat three nutritional meals per day for a start, then add some good snack in between maybe after a week, then move to four (4) meals per day and so on.

To achieve great results, you need to eat more foods than your body is requesting for. Eating three meals food that are high in calories like eight-hundred (800) calories is good for you. If you don't eat well, your body will use the gained carbohydrate to fuel it self, resulting to a lean body.

2. Eat healthy and good foods (muscle fuel foods)

In my own point of view, eating good food is very important to the body, in other to achieve and gain maximum muscle growth, you need to eat more food that contain carbohydrate and protein (muscle fuel foods). Eating foods like proteins which are body building builds for muscles and carbohydrate which are energy giving foods.

One important thing to note is that too much of everything is bad for the health, like eating protein in excess can cause fat because excess protein are stored as fat and can also lead to stone in the kidney like wise if it is insufficient, it will cause low body muscle mass. Same as carbohydrate, if it intake is in excess, it will cause the sugar level of the body to increase and it may lead to diabetes. Like wise when carbohyrate intake is not enough it will cause the body to use it's previous aquired energy to fuel the body and as a result, it will make you weak.

The likes of muscle fuel foods are rice, beans (contains enough protein), oats meal, neat meats like turkey meats, eggs, salmon, avocado.

3. Drink more

Drinking water will add a balance to the meals intake. And also adding shakes that are rich in protein are also a fast process to gain more muscle mass, shakes like banana, groundnut and milk shake (get two ripe banana, some groudnut and milk, pour them all into a blender and add some water to it blend them together. drink and enjoy, drink it every morning and night constantly for a week, you will see great change). This stated shake is a protein drink, it will help to buid the muscle mass. Come to a think of it, a shake that is rich in essential amino acids and carbohydrates is best for body building

4. Do more compound exercises

A compound exercise is majorly defined as a joint movement workout that works and tone more than one muscle in one rep of exercise. Compound exercise are very plenty and are countless, the likes of squat that targets more group muscles like hip muscle, knee muscle, core, glutes muscle, calf muscles at a time. Other compond exercise are, bench presses, deadlift, overhead press, barbell row, bent over row, military presses works hand in hand to tone different muscle at a time. And you can also try to lift every other day to tone your chest muscle.

Conclusion

As you build muscle through weight training, your muscle fibers experience microscopic tears. These tears are part of the strength-training process and are often the cause of muscle soreness the day after your workout. As a result, your muscles may swell slightly and retain fluid for a few days after your workout. Add sleep to your plan too so that your muscles will not sore and suffer after you accumulate them and also cut back stress.
