The immune system as it implies, do you know it is the one responsible to fight back infections ?. Take a look at yourself at times that, when a mosquito bite you and you wouldn't fall sick. It is as a result to a strong and rigid immune system. White blood cells which when strong will give a strong immune system.

When the immune system is weak, it will allow infections to penetrate into the blood stream. If the immune system is very low at dip, even a mosquito bite can cause a chronicle malaria as a result to a very weak hormone.

A strong and a well strengthen will have high resistant to infections and a person with a weak immune will be very prone to illness.

Cause of weak immune

There are lot of cause for a weak immune system which is a weak white blood cell, which really varies from person to person. At times, the cause is sometime caused by gene which is inherited from parents, less sleep, stress, bad hygeine, anxiety, smoking, alcohol addiction and many more.

Symptoms of a weak immune

And also, symptoms varies from human to human. There are lot of symptoms that will be seen as regards a person. Some people may experience Cold and flu always, Feeling tired always, Cough, Infection always, Slow to healness of wounds.

To my experience, i experienced that it i am been stressed for a long time and i didn't sleep to recover from the stress, i'll fall sick. This is due to stress level that has affected my immune system to make it weak.

How to boost your immune system

To boost the immune system, their will be a change in the life style a person is living. As i changed my life style, i started sleeping early, following the plan of tips to a long, healthy and luxury life. I started seeing changes in my life, been healthy and stronger than before.

1. Eat well

No matter how the stress level may be, if you eat well during your stressed time, it will help you recover a little. Eating good food and not junks and skipped meals will give a healthy and a strong immune system to help fight against infection diseases.

2. Sleep

Sleep is very essential to the body, brain and the overall health. Having a quality sleep of eight (8) to nine (9) hours per day will strengthen the immune system that will help fight against infections. And Having less sleep will cause the immune to be weak.

That is the more sleep you sleep, the more strong your immunes will be. Vice versa and to word and opposite.

Keeping late at night is a big risk to the health, this may sound simple, weird an curious, but many people stay up late even when their body is telling them that it is time to sleep.

3. Knoch out stress and anxiety

Stress is a very big enemy to the body, this may sound funny. But cutting back stress that leads to anxiety will really improve the immune system and leaving stress and anxiety will weaken the immune system. If you cut back stress and get a good sleep for a week, you will see a great improvement in your health, the immune will feel relieved and it will make it stronger.

4. Take vitamin supplements

Vitamin has been said to improve the human health, vitamin that are present in honey are also a very goo one. Other best vitamins are B6, C and E. Foods and fruits like Soya Bean, Fresh Fish, Avocado, Eggs, Vegetables, Spinach, Water melon and Orange are said to have vitamins are B6, C and E has their active ingredient.

5. Exercise more

If you are not the type that likes to exercise, you need to start it as soon as possible. Exercise will not only strengthen your bones, but it will as well give a rigid immune system. Optimised.

As research from a researcher, he stated that 24 patient were suffering a weak immune, they were divided into half, twelve (12) of them were given vitamin supplements and they were asked to sleep and cut back stress and eat well, after four (4) days of consistent usage and application, they found a thirty (30%) boost in their immune compared to those that were given only vitamins. That is, sleeping, eating well, cutting back stress and taking vitamins works hand in hands with each other.
