How to whiten your teeth

A brown, yellow or a stained teeth can be choking, it is a sign and evidence of stains on the teeth, it is not mandatory that a person with a dirty teeth will have a mouth odur, stains on the teeth doesn't seems to have a precise cause, but it rather varies.

What causes a brown, yellow or a stained teeth is not about brushing the teeth daily, the cause varies from forms to forms which includes : Not brushing the teeths properly, food stains, medications, smoking which is the grand of all. A very brown and yellow can be very annoying when seen, and the carier of the yellow teeth may be ashamed to smile in the public. To be able to smile again in the midst of people.

Use Baking soda and lemon orange remedy

1. Baking soda

Baking soda is a bleaching powdered agent that bleaches any part of the body it is been applied to. As studies and a research from a veteran dentist, he told me that when baking soda is been used to brush the teeth for one (1) week long, a great result will be seen from a brown, yellow or a stained teeth to a mid white color, which is a great result. And after usage for a month, it will turn to a foamy white color teeth.

2. Lemon

Lemon is also a bleaching agent, it also aids in the bleaching and whiten of the teeth, it has an anti-bacterial and an anti-septic agent that prevents odor. That is, if you use lemon to brush your teeth, it will stop mouth odor and will allow a fresh smell from your mouth.

3. Water

Water will be used to dilute the lemon juice because of the presence of much citric acid in it.

Preparation

Get a bowl for mixture, and let's get started.

  1. Take half spoon of baking soda and put it inside the ready bowl.
  2. Take a quater spoon of lemon juice and add to the bowl.
  3. Add one quater water to it (the little added water is just to surpass the much acid in the lemon)
  4. Stir together to get a smooth paste

How to use

Take the smooth paste to wash the mouth for two (2) or more minutes, then rinse your mouth after. Try this for one month.

Brush your teeth with this remedy three (3) times a week for best results. You can spread to a day interval.

Warning

Do not brush your teeth with lemon or lime only, because it will affect the tooth enamel becuase of the presence of citric acid in it.
